This is a great caddis pattern for the spring and summer months when you see the caddis hatches coming off. The body sits low in the water with the wing and parachute sitting right above the surface.
I've used these on the Yakima River in Washington, the Saint Joe in Idaho, the Madison, Big Hole and Beaver Head in Montana and have had great success with them.
