Terms of Service

• If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your fly fishing trip we will offer you a 100% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of activity are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• No cancellations or changes to reservations via voicemail or email are permitted. You must speak with a ERO representative for these issues.
• If ERO cancels any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
